Use of Services
You may use the Market Makers bot to create organic buy/sell activity for tokens you own or manage. When you start a session:- You must provide a valid token address on either the Solana or BNB chain.
- You must ensure the address is correct. Incorrect or invalid token addresses may result in lost funds, and we are not responsible for refunding such transactions.
You agree not to use our platform for illegal purposes, including market manipulation or promoting scam tokens.
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments made to activate bot sessions are non-refundable once verified and the bot begins executing trades.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the token address and session settings before confirming payment.
In case of a failed payment (e.g., insufficient funds or invalid transaction ID), the session will not start, and you may contact our support team to resolve the issue.
Wallets and Makers
When you launch a session, our system creates new, unique wallets (Makers) for your token. Each Maker will execute one buy and two sell trades, simulating organic trading activity. We guarantee that wallets are not reused, which helps boost the token's unique holder count and activity across blockchain trackers.
Service Availability and Limitations
Market Makers is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Network congestion, blockchain RPC issues, or third-party downtime may impact service quality.
We reserve the right to limit or revoke access for users who abuse the platform, submit malicious token addresses, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Makr.Market is not liable for any financial losses, gas fees, token volatility, or performance issues related to the use of our bot.
All actions taken through our platform are executed on-chain and are irreversible once confirmed. You accept full responsibility for the outcome of any session you initiate.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
